Toronto Hyundai’s Benny Leung, former president of the Trillium Automobile Dealers’ Association, recently announced the launch of Marsim Auto Group, Toronto’s newest dealership network. Located in Toronto, Marsim Auto Group currently comprises of three brands: Hyundai, Genesis and the newly acquired West Toronto Kia.
Leung has a reputation for truly caring about his customers and his staff and saw Marsim Auto Group as an opportunity for his employees to grow in their careers. One of those empowered employees is Rick Blacker. Rick joined Toronto Hyundai as General Manager in 2012 and will take the helm as Dealer Principal at the newly acquired West Toronto Kia managing his accomplished staff of automotive professionals. The addition of Kia to the family has also made Marsim Auto Group one of the few in Canada to offer all three South Korean brands at its core.
How different is Marsim Auto Group? The name itself is a great indicator. Named after Martina and Simona, the children of Benny and his wife/Vice President of Operations, Lorri Tiberio-Leung, the namesakes of the auto group reflect a sense of positive optimism and growth. They have put their commitment to their customers behind their children’s names.
Exciting brands and exciting times, but there’s more to come. Benny Leung has acquired desirable real estate at 151 Billy Bishop Way flanked by Hwy. 401 and Dufferin Street, which will be developed into the future home of Toronto Hyundai and Genesis Yorkdale. Instilling the same “People First” philosophy and culture at each and every dealership ensures Marsim Auto Group customers will experience the same personal, caring touch found at their flagship Toronto Hyundai dealership.
